In June 2026, Orientex Synergy welcomed the official visit of the Governor of Fergana Region, Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Mr. Khayrullo Bozorov, and his delegation to Malaysia. The visit culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Orientex Synergy, represented by Mr. Muzamil Rosli, and the Government of Fergana Region, represented by H.E. Mr. Khayrullo Bozorov, marking a significant milestone in strengthening cooperation between Malaysia and Uzbekistan in the areas of investment, trade, infrastructure development, and economic collaboration.

During a business trip to China, the delegation of Orientex Synergy, led by Mr. Muzamil Rosli, visited several manufacturing facilities and technology centres to explore advanced construction technologies, modern construction methods, and innovative equipment solutions. The visit culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Orientex Synergy, represented by Mr. Muzamil Rosli, and China Coal and Broad Huaibei Construction Industrialization Co., Ltd., represented by its Chairman, Mr. Wang Bin. The agreement marks a significant step towards fostering strategic cooperation in construction industrialization, technology transfer, sustainable building solutions, and future development opportunities between Malaysia and China.

During an official business mission to Uzbekistan, the delegation of Orientex Synergy, led by Mr. Muzamil Rosli, visited the Samarkand Region and Syrdarya Region to explore potential business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships in the property development and construction sectors. The visit included meetings with government officials, industry leaders, and potential investors to identify areas for collaboration and investment. As a result of the mission, several Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) were signed between Orientex Synergy and key regional authorities, including Mr. Erkinjon, Director of Samarkand City, and the Governor of Gulistan City, Syrdarya Region, Uzbekistan. These agreements reflect a shared commitment to promoting investment, infrastructure development, construction innovation, and long-term economic cooperation between Malaysia and Uzbekistan.

Further Business Strategy with Fergana Region
In July 2026, our delegation visited Fergana Region, Uzbekistan, as part of our continued efforts to strengthen the understanding and implementation of the existing agreement and to prepare for the official kick-off of the proposed development projects. During the visit, our CEO, Mr. Hafeez Shariffudin and the delegation held a meeting with the Governor of Fergana Region, H.E. Mr. Khayrullo Bozorov, together with the respective government and project representatives.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation, confirming the key areas of the agreement, discussing project implementation requirements, and establishing the necessary framework to move forward toward the project kick-off and implementation stage. The visit reaffirmed the commitment of both parties to work closely together and accelerate the development program in Fergana Region.
